A Night of Celebration in Support of Public Education in Evanston/Skokie
Foundation 65’s My 65 Benefit raises more than $110,000!
More than 325 people from across Evanston and Skokie came
out to support Foundation 65’s My 65
Benefit on Friday January 29th 2016 at Smylie Brothers Brewing
Company in Evanston. Foundation 65
raised more than $110,000, exceeding fundraising goals and allowing even more
support for all District 65 schools.
It was a fun night of food, music, and dancing -- and in celebration of how a community can come together to bolster public education for all its children. The highlight of the evening was a video, produced by Susan
Rohrback and Bill Glader of Glader Filmworks, about the vital role the community has in supporting our schools. To view the video, click here!!
The evening's success is due to the hard work and support of many. Foundation 65 is deeply grateful for the support of our many benefit sponsors, in-kind donors and
volunteers. Our thanks to the My 65 Benefit co-chairs, Stephanie Kimmel, Sarah Laing,
Donald Morales, and Sheau-ming Ross for their tremendous leadership. A special thank you the emcees for the evening, Pat Hughes and Stephanie Kimmel.
Foundation 65 would like to gratefully acknowledge My 65 Benefit sponsor and F65 lead donor, COL (IL) Jennifer N. Pritzker,
IL ARNG (retired), Pritzker Military Museum & Library, and Tawani
Foundation!
